First, you have to create an account and, sign into your account. Fill the information from the email you received after the purchase. Click on Activate button, the software will verify your license information from the license server and will activate the software if your license is valid. Yes, you can transfer the license to another PC. To do that you have to deactivate the license on the previous PC and use the same license activation details in your new one.
